For this resin bound project in Essex, we needed to prepare the base so that the resin could be poured on to it once the mixture of aggregate stones and resin had been made up. We always ensure that the aggregates and resin are thoroughly mixed up. This is so there are no loose stones left on the driveway.
We laid small paving slabs around the border of the driveway. The resin is poured into the middle of these and left to set. We also created a pathway using resin that was laid to the side of the house.
Our clients chose to have red coloured bricks with a yellow coloured resin. Their driveway looked amazing.
