Clacton-on-Sea Project: From Rough Patio to A Stunning Masterpiece

In our recent project in Clacton-on-Sea, Pro Pavers took an old, rough patio and transformed it into a stunning, spacious outdoor space with new steps to access the property. The before-and-after images demonstrate our team’s ability to bring fresh life to outdoor spaces by using high-quality materials and our meticulous approach.

Before: The original patio was outdated and uneven, with visible dirt stains and moss buildup. Grass turf had lost its lush appearance, and the stairs were worn and unappealing.

After: Our team created a clean, elegant new patio using sandstone slabs, complemented by matching steps leading up to the patio doors. The new layout features neatly arranged pavers in earthy hues, giving the space a sophisticated, inviting look. Project Approach

1. Initial Assessment: We assessed the existing patio and consulted with the client to understand their vision and recommend suitable paving options.
2. Site Preparation: Removed the old patio slabs, grass turf, and any obstructions.
3. Base Installation: Prepared a solid base foundation to ensure proper drainage and stability.
4. Paving Layout: Laid the sandstone slabs in a patterned arrangement that provides both beauty and functionality.
5. Step Construction: Built new steps using complementary materials, providing a seamless transition from the house to the patio.
6. Finishing Touches: Installed lattice fencing and completed the project with new, healthy turf for a fresh look.
